Requests you can make

• Confirm whether the platform handles your personal data.
• Access or receive a copy of relevant account and learning records.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information.
• Ask how information is used and which service providers are involved.
• Request restriction or deletion when the applicable law allows it.

How to submit a request

Email labriejonathan0@gmail.com with the subject Englevo data rights request. Include the account email, the type of request, and enough detail to locate the record. Do not email a password, session token, or identity document. If more verification is necessary, the operator will arrange a safer follow-up.

Identity and response

The operator may ask for reasonable information to verify that the requester is the student, teacher, parent, guardian, or authorized representative connected to the account. Requests are answered as soon as reasonably possible and within the applicable legal timeframe.

Deletion and recovery copies

Some information may need to be retained where applicable law requires or permits it, including for security or an active dispute. Deleted information may remain for a limited period in protected recovery copies before those copies expire.
