Try the guided demo, 32 free Reading lessons (eight per level from A1 to B2) and 30 free Vocabulary topics with 63 complete packs and 529 cards. No account or payment is needed. Vocabulary includes 20% of topics per category and level, rounded up; all packs in a free topic can be repeated. Premium topics are not available yet.

Start with a lesson you can mostly understand, then move up or down in the Reading library. The level guidance helps you choose practice; it is not a completed placement assessment or a certificate.

Choose your interface language in the page header. English stays the learning language. Reading lessons offer translation support, and changing the interface language does not turn the activity into a different English level.

Browsers may block automatic playback. Use the lesson's Play or Listen control to start audio. If playback was interrupted, try the control again when your connection is stable.

Check the device volume, muted browser tab and headphone connection. Pause other audio and try the lesson control again. If audio still fails, contact support with the lesson title and browser name. Avoid clearing site data as a first troubleshooting step.

Listen to Lucas's supplied recording, type the sentence and check it for word-level feedback. You can reveal the translation after checking. Your typed answer stays in this browser and is not sent to Englevo storage, logs or analytics.

No. The public Reading activities and guided demo play supplied audio; they do not need microphone access. Speaking features in the separate teaching platform have their own permission flow.

When browser storage is available, public Reading scores, favourites, demo results and Vocabulary progress are saved in this browser. They are not an online account or a cross-device backup. The dashboard is a preview of future account features.

A different browser or device will not have the same local results. Private browsing, storage restrictions or clearing site data can also affect them. If the browser removed those records, the public area cannot retrieve them from an online account.

The footer control clears public Reading scores, favourites, demo results and Vocabulary progress saved in this browser, after confirmation. It does not delete a teacher-managed account, private learning history or the language preference. Use the data-rights contact for an account-related request.

Public account registration and paid checkout are not available yet. The account dashboard and Premium descriptions explain planned features. Opening a preview does not create an account or subscription.

Teacher-managed student access is separate from anonymous public practice. Follow your teacher's invitation and approval process. Trying public lessons does not grant access to a private class or its records.

No. If an account setup flow sends you a verification code, enter it only in that flow. A correctly typed email address is not proof of ownership, and a verification code is not teacher approval. Never send the code or your password to support.
