Hey, Noah. I’m calling about our dinner on Tuesday evening.
Sure. We’re still meeting at the Thai restaurant at seven, right?
Actually, I can’t make it anymore. My manager changed my shift this morning.
Oh no. What time are you working now?
From four until ten. I was supposed to finish at three, but someone called in sick.
That’s frustrating. Do you want to cancel the dinner completely?
No, I’d rather choose another day. Are you available on Wednesday instead?
Wednesday won’t work for me. I’m helping my brother move after work.
Okay. What about Saturday evening?
I’m visiting my parents this weekend, so I’ll be out of town.
Right, I forgot about that. How about next Thursday?
Next Thursday should be fine. I finish work at five thirty.
Great. Could we meet at six thirty instead of seven?
That works for me. Should we keep the same restaurant?
Yes. I’ll call them tomorrow and change the reservation.
Perfect. So we’re meeting next Thursday at six thirty.
Exactly. Sorry for changing the plan so late.
Don’t worry. Your schedule changed, and we found another day.
